José Nuno da Câmara Pereira, natural da ilha de Santa Maria, Açores, nasceu a 1 de abril de 1937 e faleceu em 14 de janeiro de 2018.

Professor e Artista Plástico multifacetado, com formação superior em Artes Plásticas, a nível nacional e internacional dedicou-se à utilização de novas técnicas na pintura, escultura e instalações artísticas.

As suas obras encontram-se representadas no Arquipélago dos Açores, Portugal Continental e no estrangeiro.

José Nuno da Câmara Pereira, born on the island of Santa Maria, Azores, on April 1st 1937, and passed away on January 14th 2018.

A multifaceted and visual artist with a degree in Fine Arts, he devoted himself to the use of new techniques in painting, sculpture and artistic installations, both nationally and internationally.

His works are represented in the Azores Archipelago, mainland Portugal and abroad.
